Terrible news for any trophy and achievement hunters out there waiting to receive a copy of Skyrim: Special Edition. Generally not! If the mods do not change content, mechanics or events which triggers the achievement, they are no problem.
So whenever you want to go for some Achievements you can disable your mods in-game and load an unmodded save. The reasons is because Creation Club content goes through full testing.
Using Creation Club will not disable achievements/trophies. Once a game has a mod enabled, you will not be unable to unlock Achievements or Trophies.
